Entrustment of Personal Information Handling
The Secretariat entrusts and operates the handling of personal information to a specialized exhibition registration system provider to ensure smoother operations, including providing better services and customer convenience.

- Usage and Retention Period: Until the outsourcing contract ends
The Secretariat stipulates compliance with personal information protection laws, confidentiality regarding personal information, prohibition of third-party information disclosure, liability in case of incidents, outsourcing period, and the obligation to destroy personal information after processing ends through contracts such as the Exhibition Registration System Operation Agreement. It manages compliance with these stipulations.
Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
Collected information may be provided to the Korea Association of Exhibition Industry (AKEI) for objective verification of this exhibition. Please be advised that the provided data will never be used for any purpose other than exhibition verification.
Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
In principle, personal information is destroyed without delay once the purpose of collection and use is achieved. However, it is retained for the specified period if required by relevant laws and regulations.
