1. “Exhibitor” refers to any company, association, or organization that has submitted an application form to participate in this exhibition.

2. “Exhibition” refers to the 「2026 Interbeauty fair Korea」.

3. “Organizer” refers to the host and managing company of the aforementioned exhibition.

4. This application form shall be deemed equivalent to a contract.​

1. The Organizer shall allocate booths within the exhibition hall based on the order of application receipt, the nature of the exhibits, the scale of the exhibition, and other reasonable methods.

2. The Organizer may change the allocated booth location of an Exhibitor if deemed necessary for overall exhibition hall operations, considering factors such as spatial harmony, visitor efficiency, and exhibition effectiveness.

3. Exhibitors may not raise objections to the Organizer's booth allocation or claim compensation.​

1. An exhibition participation contract shall be deemed established when an applicant completes the prescribed application form and submits it to the Organizer.

2. Applicants must pay an application fee equivalent to 50% of the participation fee upon submitting the application form.

3. The applicant must pay the full participation contract amount by December 31, 2025 (Wed).​

1. If an exhibitor refuses to use all or part of the applied-for exhibition booth or fails to pay the participation fee by the deadline, the organizer may unilaterally cancel the participation application. In such cases, any participation fees already paid shall not be refunded.

2. The exhibitor may not assign all or part of the assigned exhibition space to another company without the organizer's prior written consent. Violation of this provision may result in cancellation of participation, and any participation fees already paid shall not be refunded.​

If an exhibitor withdraws from participation after submitting the application form, the exhibitor must pay the organizer the applicable penalty fee specified below within 15 days of withdrawal.

- Cancellation by February 5, 2026 (Thursday): Penalty fee = 50% of participation fee

- Cancellation after February 5, 2026 (Thursday): Penalty fee = 100% of participation fee​

 

Installation and dismantling must be completed within the period specified by the organizer. The exhibitor shall compensate the organizer for any losses incurred due to delays or damage caused to the exhibition venue.

 

Exhibitors may only exhibit and sell products that have obtained sales permits and KC certification. Items prohibited for sale or subject to exclusion must be discussed with the organizer and comply with the organizer's instructions. If an exhibitor violates the above provisions and causes an unavoidable situation (rendering exhibition operation or holding impossible), the exhibitor shall pay compensation for losses to the organizer.

 

If the organizer cancels the exhibition, the full amount of the participation fee already paid shall be refunded to the exhibitor. However, no refund shall be made if the exhibition is canceled, rescheduled, or scaled down due to force majeure, natural disasters (floods, typhoons, war, heavy rains, etc.), or other special circumstances beyond the organizer's control. In such cases, the exhibitor shall not claim compensation from the organizer.

 

1. Exhibitors shall display the exhibits specified in the application form and assign on-site personnel to ensure thorough management of their booth.

2. If an exhibitor displays items different from those specified in the application form, exhibits items inconsistent with the nature of the exhibition, engages in direct sales without the organizer's permission, or causes damage to other exhibitors' displays, the organizer may immediately order cessation, removal, or removal of the items. In such cases, the participation fee shall not be refunded, and the exhibitor shall not be entitled to claim compensation.

3. Exhibitors shall not drive nails into the floor, ceiling, pillars, or walls of the exhibition hall, nor paint, affix flyers, or perform similar acts. Should damage, theft, destruction, or other accidents occur due to intentional or negligent acts, requiring compensation for damages, the exhibitor responsible shall bear the full cost of such damages.

4. The exhibitor shall bear full responsibility for any damage or theft occurring to fixtures and exhibits within the allocated space during the exhibition period and dismantling period.

1. Exhibitors must apply appropriate flame-retardant treatment to all materials used for booth interiors in accordance with exhibition safety regulations and fire safety laws. The organizer may restrict construction work or demonstrations if necessary.

2. Exhibitors shall compensate for damages resulting from fires caused by negligence.​

The Exhibitor must fully restore the exhibition hall to its original condition within the designated dismantling period. All costs incurred due to failure to remove exhibits within this period for reasons attributable to the Exhibitor shall be borne entirely by the Exhibitor. Should the Organizer perform this task on behalf of the Exhibitor, the costs incurred shall also be borne by the Exhibitor.

 

The Exhibitor shall comply with the regulations of the Daejeon Convention Center (DCC). Where necessary, the Organizer may establish supplementary regulations concerning matters stipulated in these Participation Regulations, and the Exhibitor shall comply with them.

 

Any disputes arising between the Organizer and the Exhibitor concerning the interpretation of these Participation Regulations, or any other disputes concerning the rights and obligations of both parties, shall be resolved through arbitration by the Korea Commercial Arbitration Board.
